
TRANSACTIONAL PROGRAM RELAUNCH
Nest’s transactional emails needed a facelift to bring them up to brand standards. This update presented an opportunity for deeper content and messaging strategy to drive revenue. Transactional messages are often overlooked as revenue generators.
My team collaborated closely with the Nest design team to ensure the design system and brand guidelines were precisely followed. Additionally, our strategic team partnered with the Nest customer insights team to build out a propensity model, dynamically up-selling products a customer would be most likely to buy based on their purchase. To round out the email, Nest Pro services content was populated if a purchased product required professional installation.
