DESIGN SPRINTS

After working in a strictly ad-hoc manner, Prosper challenged my team to reduce costs and increase output. I worked closely with the account manager and Prosper’s Director of Digital Marketing to develop and implement a new workflow.

The final solution included a clearly defined timeline with strict milestones and hand-offs, utilizing the robust content library we had previously created for Prosper, built-in legal review, and an onsite working day at the client’s office.

Results

We reduced all production hours by 50% (when compared to ad-hoc production), produced 75% of the promotional campaigns for the upcoming quarter in one sprint, increased collaboration between teams, and solidified a more cohesive customer experience across campaigns.
